04 // My In-Between Pause ☀️⏸️

While pausing my rational mind during my studies, I found myself remembering this question: is it truly necessary to always know the cause and effect of everything in life?

A direct and precise understanding is often difficult to achieve. Sometimes the mind believes it needs a justification to find closure for suffering—especially concerning emotional and psychological distress. Perhaps that is our pretentious ego trying to rationalise what our higher self—our infinite spiritual wisdom—has already learned.

Ultimately, going through life without having all the facts simply means giving permission to the unknown to unfold. It allows our true self, our essence, and our spirit to manifest what it has already perceived as the best choice for us. Human nature is the pinnacle of perfection, yet it is also the cause of its own destruction.

In light of this, an invitation to stop interfering and to relinquish control, as best we can, gives pure potentiality the room to express itself. By living in this flow, we manifest without the social pressure of having to be something we are not, or needing to know what is not meant to be known.

Detachment and simply moving forward is a marvellous expression of fortitude and maturity. It is a sign of surrender and acceptance. Sometimes, further ahead, answers reveal themselves spontaneously.

This brings a shift away from judgemental thinking towards a deeper compassion for both oneself and others.

I call it freedom, and living in the flow.
